We are hosting this weekend to introduce you to more Tai chi and the Kung Fu Hand of the Wind Feng Shou training which we see as an integral part of your training.
If you haven’t tried it yet you are missing out as it develops parts of you you didn’t know you had. This training awakens the dormant part of you which is waiting to be used.
